Step3 introduces PACE Program. In addition to its historical process improvement programs, Step3 is now offering its PACE program to assist clients who desire world class performance improvement programs, but seek the flexibility to accomplish it over a more measured period of time. PACE, or "Progressive Acceleration towards Client Excellence", maximizes client consulting spend while relying on the client's internal organization to drive assignments between facilitation events and maintain responsibility for sustainability.
