Step3 Partners with Wellman to Achieve Enterprise Performance Improvements Step3 Consulting recently completed a two-year enterprise performance improvement engagement with Wellman, Inc. Step3 developed a phased improvement implementation plan that focused on improving the overall production infrastructure and then subsequently streamlining and centralizing administrative functions, which supported the improved production environment. The project yielded savings in excess of $9 million for the Charlotte based manufacturer.
