  • Since 1998, has held various executive management positions in the company and assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2004 and promoted to President in 2006. Responsible for Sales, Operations and Administration.

Executive Vice President
  • Founding partner.
  • Formerly President and CEO of Glenshaw Glass Co., Inc. Successfully orchestrated a turnaround including an early out program for management, mid-contract labor concessions, huge positive material variances, and increases in market shifts and penetration.
  • 25 years consulting experience.
  • Experienced in turnaround management in troubled companies as well as continuous improvement management in well managed companies.

Larry Hall
Senior Vice President, Operations

  • Formerly President of Ferro Enamel de Brazil Successfully managed a turnaround of the Brazilian subsidiary of Ferro Corporation, including product rationalization and increasing focus on core products. Initiated consolidation of facilities and organization to serve the Southern Cone (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, etc.)
  • 24 years experience in General Management in:
    - Porcelain Enamel for appliance industry
    - Micro-nutrients for agricultural markets
    - Ceramic Glazes for ceramic tile, dinnerware
    - Crucibles for non-ferrous foundries and sanitary ware industries
